RECENT FUEL DRAIN ON HORSE BOX VEHICLE IN BRISTOL
This customer was taking a horse on its way to stud, and put in the wrong fuel. A Vauxhall movano full and driven from Cardiff to just the other side of Bristol on petrol. They had to wait for another horse box to arrive, block off lane one of the m4 transfer the horse, and load the horse box onto recovery truck. Fuel Doctor then I met them at Leigh delamere services east bound and while they put the horse back on I drained the tank. Added a little diesel, and a few turns of the key later it was running like it should be. Next stop for the horse - Newmarket. |
