Fuel Doctor Birmingham was called out to an A Class Mercedes recovery in Tipton Birmingham. The driver had put a full tank of petrol in his diesel car. Below is a testimonial from Aron Johnston, he put petrol in his diesel Audi A5 Convertible on New Years Eve evening. Paul and his family set off early from Norwich on Sunday morning on their way to London Stanstead Airport for their holiday flight to Spain stopping only for fuel at a service station near Cambridge. This is where it went wrong. Shortly after leaving the filling station, the car, a VW Passat started to jump and jolt. It was then that Paul realised he had filled his diesel car with petrol!

Paul fortunately found Fuel Doctor when he searched for fast Fuel Drain on his mobile phone. Luckily for Paul and his family we were on site with them with in 20 minutes of his call to the Fuel Doctor Call Centre.

We drained the wrong fuel from his car and topped it up with the correct diesel for them to get on the way to the next fuel station then on to Stanstead. Fortunately, Paul and his family were only delayed around 40 minutes still making the flight and what proved to be fantastic Spanish holiday – All in a days work for Fuel Doctor!
