Another happy satisfied customer that put the wrong fuel in the car. We strive for excellent standards every time and it seems we have got it right again here.

What a superb service ! Gerry was on the scene in 40 minutes and efficiently sorted the problem. I can't thank him enough for getting me on the road again. I would certainly recommend Fuel Doctor to anyone who has put the wrong fuel in his car.

Put a full tank of unleaded into my Diesel car.
The Station attendant called this company.
Billy arrived within 30 mins.
His customer service skills were excellent.
Friendly, helpful and gave me lots of useful advice on looking after and maintaining my car.
Would definitely use the service again if I need too.

Really happy with the service I got from Billy from Old Kilpatrick. He phoned me from the south side of Glasgow to say he would probably be with me at Dumbarton in about 40 minutes due the the rush our traffic on the M8 but he actually made it half an hour and I was so glad to see him as I was getting cold. He was really good at putting my mind at ease as I was worried I might have damaged my engine. I was also embarrassed at what I done but when he told me how often it happens every day, that made me feel better. Billy was very friendly and chatted freely which helped the time pass quickly. Sure enough, once he had drained the petrol out and put in some fresh diesel, the car started after turning over a few times. He stayed with me until he had checked that my engine would stop and start with ease and then I was on my way. Thank You Billy, from Margot
