We know you don't want to put the wrong fuel in your car, but we constantly get great testimonials from customers about how great our service is, how quick we respond and get to you.

We would love to hear from people that have used our fuel drain service after putting the wrong fuel in their car - if you are one of those people then please feel free to leave a comment below so we can gauge how well our national service is doing and how well we keep things local throughout the UK.

Great service from Gary, the local Fueldoctor who helped me out today. I hope I never have to use his services again! Very friendly and informative. The cost was £150 plus £15 for some fuel additive, plus of course the refuelling of the car with the correct type of fuel. NB. The Fueldoctor website refers to a flat charge of £125 which is incorrect. The fee is £130 to £150 depending on location.

Gerry from Milngavie was great came as he said he would within the hour explained how he would fix it what it would cost and just did what he said, he turned a drama into a small mishap. and I was quickly on my way cheers Gerry!

Huge thank you to Gary from Nuneaton. After filling up my diesel car with petrol without realising I began to drive home only to come to a halt on a dark country lane. After calling AA and getting a quote for nearly £300 I decided to try fuel doctor who turned out to be half that price. Gary got out to me with in 20 minutes to drain the car, add the additive and came with a canister of diesel to fill back up. Gary was my knight in shining armour, thank you.

Fabulous service when I filled up my a200 with the wrong fuel.The chap came out from the Thetford office and met me at home. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so polite and efficient. Would recommend to everybody. Thank you very much.

My husband was driving my car (his is a petrol) and accidentally put petrol in my desiel car.
Gerry from our local Glasgow/Paisley area arrived really quickly and was really polite and efficient and kept us entertained with stories and the time passed really quickly and before we knew it we were back on our way again

I had made the mistake on Xmas eve and put the wrong fuel in forgot I wasn’t in my car and was trying to remember the 101 things I needed to do that day :-( I had the pleasure of meeting Gerry and he was the best he was brilliant helped me so so much that day as I was so worried and stressed out, myself and my daughter couldn’t thank him enough he was brilliant. Thank you so much you were like the best Xmas gift :-).

I was running out of petrol on my way to work and running out of time to fill it up to get there on time and made what felt like the monumental mistake of filling it up with diesel and not realising until I broke down and couldn't make it to work. I was very stressed and had not broken down before and got myself into a real panic about it all. When Chris arrived he was friendly, approachable, reassuring, informative and kind (which was probably a hard task with a car novice like me who was stressed and emotional!) He not only was a pleasure to meet who did an excellent job on fixing my car but also fixing my state of mind! Honestly he was a true hero to me that day! Thank you so much Chris for being so wonderful at your job and for making such a difference that day :)

Totally saved us!
Jason was a total legend. Full of positive energy and no nonsense practicality. I had put petrol in my diesel car and even driven it for a mile. He got right down to business and had our car running in 20 minutes. We were so relieved. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you

Had our car up and running within 20 minutes of arriving today! Couldn't have asked for a nicer, more down to earth bloke either!! Would 100% recommend.

After putting a can of what we thought was petrol in my car, i got around the corner and it died on me. I was incredibly stressed as these things have a reputation for being incredibly costly and damaging to the car. I called my breakdown who told me the fuel was contaminated. Not covered on breakdown. So I called Furel Doctor
It was getting late in the evening and they answered fast. As I was home said happy to wait until the morning. Had a call from the engineer an hour or so before he arrived. Fantastic service and clean spark plugs. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he came from Bristol. Really pleased and you cost less than my breakdown provider said you would... thank you! No more petrol cans for me
